CSNades is a platform designed to help users learn and share utility grenade lineups for Counter-Strike 2 (CS 2). We provide a community-driven collection of videos and instructions for improving gameplay. The service also includes features like "Faceit Stats" which allows users to look up Counter-Strike player statistics from third-party services like Faceit based on provided identifiers (e.g., nickname, Steam ID).

3. User Content

Users may submit videos, descriptions, and comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant CSNades a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and store such content on our servers for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have all necessary rights (including copyright) to submit it and grant us the license above. Content that violates any laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains inappropriate material may be removed. CSNades does not endorse and is not responsible for any User Content.

4. User Conduct

When using CSNades, you agree not to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload harmful software or content
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the service

We specifically disclaim any responsibility for the accuracy or legality of User Content and for the results or information obtained through features like Faceit Stats, which rely on third-party data. Your use of the service, including any reliance on User Content or features like Faceit Stats, is solely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

CSNades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Policy)

CSNades respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the service, please notify CSNades' copyright agent. For your complaint to be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), you must provide the following information in writing:

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of CSNades after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to CSNades at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
